Vineet Nayyar
Vineet Nayyar brings with him
a rich and varied experience of building high performance
organizations and creating value for all stakeholders.
He was the Founder & CEO of HCL Perot Systems
and before that the Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies.
Vineet started his career with the Indian Administrative
Service and has served as the Chairman & Managing
Director of Gas Authority of India Ltd. He has also
served in the World Bank in different capacities,
including being the Chief for the Departments of
Energy, Finance and Infrastructure. Vineet currently
serves on the Boards of Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat
Heavy Electricals, Great Eastern Shipping and Kotak
Life. He is the current Vice Chairman, MD and CEO
of Tech Mahindra. |

C.P. Gurnani
C.P. Gurnani brings to the board
over 22 years of experience encompassing several
leading positions with Perot Systems and HCL Corporation.
Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, C.P. Gurnani was
the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Perot Systems TSI (India) Limited. C.P. Gurnani has
extensive experience in international business development,
start-ups and turnarounds, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions.
He is currently the President, international operations
at Tech Mahindra. |

Sanjay Kalra
Sanjay Kalra has extensive experience
in creating new products and business lines, nurturing
start-ups, leading high growth businesses and managing
strategic relationships. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra,
Sanjay was the Chief Executive Officer, DSL Software
(a joint venture between HCL and Deutsche Bank);
President, HCL Technologies Europe and Executive
Vice President responsible for Strategic Initiatives
at the HCL Group. An IIT Delhi Alumnus with global
roles in Schlumberger and Tata Unisys. He is currently
the President, strategic initiatives at Tech Mahindra. |

Navin Mehta
Navin has over 27 years of
experience in the Telecommunications and IT Industry.
Prior to joining Motorola, Navin was with Comverse
Americas Services where he was responsible for Services
sales, launching of professional and system integration
offerings resulting in increased revenues as well
as managing the Program Management function that
oversaw the delivery of projects in Americas. Navin
joined Comverse from Nortel Networks where he was
the Vice President for Global Professional Services
responsible for the Next Generation Wireless Solutions.
Prior to Nortel Networks Navin was with Compaq/Digital
Equipment Corporation where he held positions of
increasing responsibility from 1984 to 1999. This
included senior management roles in Hong Kong and
Singapore with Asia-Pacific responsibilities.
Navin Mehta is the VP of the Applications Services Practice for Motorola’s
Networks & Enterprise Business Unit. He has the global responsibility for
the strategy and execution for Motorola’s Application Practice and strengthening
relationships with customers and partners. In addition, Navin heads the Services
R&D function. Navin has a MBA and a Law Degree with an undergraduate degree
in Economics Honors. He has attended company sponsored executive management
program at Harvard Business School. |

Clif Triplett
Clif Triplett is the leader of the Global Services Business and Quality for the Motorola’s Networks and Enterprise Business. In this position he oversees all strategic, operational and financial aspects of Motorola’s multi-billion dollar Services business. The business is focused on providing optimal solutions and services that deliver tailored solutions to private, public and enterprise customers worldwide. Global customers include large public wireless and wireline network service providers, large government and public safety customers, and fortune 500-class enterprises. Prior to his current position, Clif was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Networks and Enterprise Business where he was instrumental in the integration of Information Technology systems, processes and organizational transformation across former Networks business, Governement business and Symbol technologies. He joined Motorola in June, 2006.
Prior to joining Motorola, Clif spent 9 years at General Motors. He was responsible for the daily operations of General Motor’s Global Information Technology Services including the support for all desktops, servers and telecommunication services across the General Motors divisions. Previous to that assignment, Clif was responsible for driving common processes and systems across the many GM Manufacturing and Quality business functions, working with each of them to maximize business results. His areas of responsibility included process and systems support of Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality.
Clif has held other IT related positions at Allied Signal, Entergy Services, J. I. Case, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Defense Department Joint Staff. Clif earned his Bachelor degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
